• Location Data: Approximate location (city-level) to show nearby dancers and events. Precise location is only used for event check-ins when you explicitly enable it.

• Enable event check-in and the Live Lobby feature
• Facilitate password recovery via email

• With Other Users: Your public profile (name, photo, dance styles, bio) is visible to other App users.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services for email delivery (SendGrid), push notifications (Expo), and hosting.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of passwords and secure data transmission. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Update: Edit your profile information at any time.
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data through the App settings.
• Opt-out: Disable push notifications through your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
